The Prior Written Notice

The Prior Written Notice (PWN) is your key to staying current with WSASP events and activities, connect with other psychologists in your area and across the state, and access resources to benefit your day-to-day work. WSASP is an all-volunteer organization dedicated to supporting your work as a school psychologist and promoting student growth. The PWN newsletter will be published every two weeks.

Items that can and should be included in the PWN include:

  • Area meetings or events

  • PD opportunities (WSASP or otherwise)

  • WSASP leadership activities (i.e. meetings with OSPI, HCA, NASP)

  • Committee updates (i.e. GPR legislative updates, mental health resources)

  • Links to useful resources (WSASP, OSPI, or otherwise)

It is my hope that through this publication you will have a greater understanding of the benefits of your WSASP membership, find support and improvement for your daily work, and feel empowered to help contribute to the future of our profession in Washington State. I look forward to connecting with you throughout the year! Please feel free to contact me at pwn@wsasp.org with questions or items to include in future editions of the PWN.
